1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining ETERNAL TRANSPORT™, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our virtual trucking company.

2. Membership Requirements

• • Must be respectful to all members and staff
• • Must follow TruckersMP rules and regulations
• • Must participate in company events when possible
• • Must maintain professional conduct at all times

3. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and respect:

• • No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• • Respectful communication in all company channels
• • Professional driving standards during convoys
• • Compliance with all TruckersMP rules
• • Proper use of company branding and livery

4. Event Participation

Members are encouraged to participate in company events and convoys. Regular participation helps build our community and enhances the experience for everyone. Event schedules will be announced through our Discord server and website.

5. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of these terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from ETERNAL TRANSPORT™. The severity of disciplinary action will depend on the nature and frequency of violations.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary for VTC operations, including TruckersMP usernames, Discord usernames, and participation records in company events. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for community management.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely for VTC management purposes, including event organization, member communication, and maintaining company records. We do not share personal information with third parties.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect member information. Access to member data is restricted to authorized staff members only.

Convoy Guidelines

• • Follow convoy leader instructions at all times
• • Maintain safe following distances
• • Use appropriate convoy livery when available
• • Stay in designated convoy channels during events
• • Report any issues to convoy staff immediately

Communication Standards

All communication within ETERNAL TRANSPORT™ should be professional, respectful, and constructive. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Branding Guidelines

When representing ETERNAL TRANSPORT™, members should use official company liveries and maintain professional standards. Unauthorized use of company branding is prohibited.
